August 2nd Week

Wow! Its already August! The summer has flown by and we have almost been open for 2 months. The Eddie's Pizza Truck (EPT) has had some many amazing memories so far. We have loved serving our customers and look forward to doing so in the future. We are going to come out with so new toppings and unique pies. Please see our schedule below. Everything is staying the same as it has been the last two weeks. The only change we have is that we will not be doing dinner tuesday night in the west village due to a private event.

We still have dates available to be rented to please contact debbie@eddiespizzany.com for a quote.

Our special of the week is a Sausage, Peppers and Onions Pie. It Rocks!

July 26th Week

Hello Eddie's Pizza Lovers!

We wanted to start by thanking you for another amazing week. It is so nice to start seeing our regulars come by all the time. We have gotten into a nice routine with our 5 lunches and 4 dinners and we will continue to do this into the fall. At that time, we will look into doing 7 days a week.

We are looking to expand our menu with additional toppings and items. Please let us know if we are missing something you want.

Don't forget that we are still available on certain weekends for private parties! Just email debbie@eddiespizzany.com.

Our special for the week is a wild mushroom pizza which includes white button, shitake, cremini and more in a mix!

July 19th Week

Hello Pizza Lovers!

We can't believe we have been open for almost 6 weeks! It has gone by too fast. We have definitely learned a lot and are excited to be testing out new recipes in our pizza kitchen! This week we will have Pesto Pizza on the menu. We use the pesto as the sauce on the pie and it tastes great!

Our schedule is posted below. We are looking to add another dinner in the west village so if you have any suggestions, please email debbie@eddiespizzany.com.

We were excited to be featured last thursday on LX New York (NBC) as one of three food trucks they ate at during a segment.

Monday 7/19: Lunch @ 26th between 11th and 12th

Tuesday 7/20: Lunch @ Water and Broad St

Dinner on Upper East Side (70's and 3rd ave)

Wednesday 7/21: Lunch @ 48th and 6th

Thursday 7/22: Lunch @ 52nd and Park (if there is still construction, dont forget we will be in the middle of the street btwn park and lex)

Dinner on 14th between 3rd and 4th ave

Friday 7/23: Lunch @ 26th and Park (Flatiron Fridays)

Don't forget that we can sell pizza kits straight off the truck and you can make Eddie's Pizza at home!

July 12th week

Hello again eddie's pizza lovers!

This week we have a change to the schedule. we will no longer be parking on 40th between 5th and 6th so we will be testing out some new locations. tomorow we are going to try 26th between 11th and 12th for lunch and then go to murray hill for dinner.

July 5th Week

Hello Eddie's Pizza Lovers! Every week we will be using this blog to tell you about our upcoming schedule, events and new pizza creations. This week, our schedule is a little different due to the holiday but next week we will be following the schedule that is listed on www.EddiesPizzaNY.com.

Pizza of the Week: Pizza Skins Pie: Gouda cheese, broccoli, bacon and dollops of sour cream! (No Pizza Sauce). If you like a potato skin with the works, this pie will knock your socks off. Don't forget that it will only be available for the week of July 5th.

We have a private party in the hamptons on Saturday Evening July 10th. We are available to do an event any other time over the weekend in the hamptons. If you want to have a pool party or BBQ with your friends and family, let the eddie's pizza truck do all the work! Contact Debbie@EddiesPizzaNY.com for more information.
